This Cancellation Refund Policy explains:
- How to cancel your subscription to avoid future charges.
- Under what circumstances you are eligible for a refund.
- Our policy regarding digital content consumption.
By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- CANCELLATION POLICY (HOW TO STOP AUTO-RENEWAL)
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation means that your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
- 2.1. To cancel your subscription, please follow these instructions carefully:

- Use the Subject Line: "Cancellation Request".
- In the body of the email, clearly state your registered email address and your request to stop auto-renewal.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to process your request and confirm the cancellation via email.
- 2.2. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must submit your email request at least 48 hours before your current subscription period ends. If you email us on the day of the renewal, the charge may process before our team can stop it.
- 2.3. Cancellation is not the same as a refund. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to all course materials until the end of your current paid billing period. After that period ends, your account will revert to a status (if available) or access will be revoked.
- NO PRORATED REFUNDS
Except as required by applicable law, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods.
- Example: If you purchase a 1-year subscription and cancel it after 3 months, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 9 months. Instead, you will keep access to the platform for the rest of the year, and your subscription will simply not renew automatically next year.
- REFUND ELIGIBILITY POLICY
Because our products are digital educational courses that can be consumed instantly, we have strict rules regarding refunds to prevent abuse.
- 4.1. As a general rule, fees are non-refundable. Once you have accessed the premium content (e.g., watched a video lesson, taken a quiz), you acknowledge that the service has been delivered, and you waive the right to a refund.
- 4.2. We want you to be satisfied. We may offer a refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase ONLY IF the following conditions are met:
- You have contacted us within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
- You have completed less than 15% of the total course content (tracked via our system logs).
- You have not downloaded any offline materials (PDFs, guides).
- You have a valid technical reason (e.g., the content does not load, and our support team could not fix it).
- Note: This guarantee applies only to the first purchase, not to renewal charges.
- 4.3. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion based on user activity logs. If we detect that you have consumed a significant portion of the course (e.g., "binge-watching" lessons) before requesting a refund, your request will be denied.
- EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (FOR EUROPEAN RESIDENTS ONLY)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- However, by purchasing digital content (video courses) from Simple Academy and starting to stream/view that content immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
- If you have not accessed any content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- REFUNDS FOR AUTO-RENEWALS
We send email reminders before renewing annual subscriptions (if required by law). It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date.
- We generally do not refund automatic renewal charges if you forgot to cancel.
- However, as a one-time courtesy, we may consider a refund for a renewal charge if you contact us within 48 hours of the charge AND you have not used the service since the renewal date. This is not guaranteed.
- HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To submit a refund request, please contact our support team. Do not file a dispute with your bank, as this may delay the process by up to 90 days.
