SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING POLICY

- GENERAL TERMS
By purchasing a subscription to Simple Academy (“Service”), provided by Doder Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by this Subscription & Billing Policy. This policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service.
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). We do not accept cryptocurrency for payment.
- SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
We offer various subscription tiers to access our educational library. By selecting a specific plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan:
- Weekly Access — billed every 7 days.
- Monthly Access — billed every 30 days.
- Quarterly Access — billed every 3 months.
- Annual Access — billed every 12 months.
- AUTOMATIC RENEWAL (IMPORTANT NOTICE)
To ensure uninterrupted service, all our subscriptions operate on an automatic renewal basis.
- By clicking "Join Now", "Start Learning", or "Subscribe" and entering your payment details, you grant us permission to charge your payment method for the initial subscription period and for any subsequent renewal periods.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle for the same duration as your initial term (e.g., if you chose a Monthly plan, it will renew for another month) unless you cancel it by contacting our support team at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
- You acknowledge that the amount billed may vary due to promotional offers, changes in applicable taxes, or changes in the subscription price (subject to notification). You authorize us to charge your payment method for such varying amounts.
- PAYMENT METHODS AND AUTHORIZATION
- We use third-party payment processor, to handle all financial transactions. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
- When you provide a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. You authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount of your purchase to the payment method you designate.
- If your payment method is declined or fails, we may attempt to charge it again or suspend your access to the Service until valid payment is received. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
- PRICE CHANGES
Doder Limited reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time.
- We will provide you with reasonable prior notice (via email or a prominent notice on your account dashboard) of any price change.
- If you do not cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect, you will be deemed to have agreed to the new fees, and we will charge your payment method accordingly.
- CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
We take payment disputes seriously.
- If you do not recognize a charge on your statement, you agree to contact our Customer Support at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank.
- Filing a dispute (chargeback) for a valid purchase or a forgotten subscription renewal constitutes a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute such claims using your login logs, course progress data, and IP address history as evidence that the service was provided.
- If you institute a chargeback, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account and blacklist your payment details from future use.
- TAXES
Unless otherwise stated, our fees do not include applicable taxes (such as VAT or Sales Tax). You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchase based on your billing address.
